What services do you provide?
We provide a wide range of cleaning services, including: residential and commercial, carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning/post-construction cleaning and bio (green) cleaning. We also offer service packages, window cleaning, carpet, rug and upholstery repair. We clean mattresses, leather and are experts in all kinds of stain removal.
How do I know your staff are trustworthy?
We use only the most professional individuals and before they join our company we run a full background check. This will include taking references, verifying their previous employment history, and making sure they have no criminal record.
Are you fully bonded and insured?
Of course. We are licensed and insured, in the event that an unforeseen accident should occur.
Do I have to provide the cleaning materials?
No. When we arrive at your home or office, we will bring everything that is necessary.
Do I have to be at the premises when you arrive?
It is entirely up to you. Many of our customers are not at home during the day (either for work or personal reasons), and so will make arrangements with us beforehand, so that we can gain entry. If you give us a key, we will keep it safe when it is not being used and also assign it an individual code. On one-off occasions, some of our clients prefer to leave a key hidden in a safe place.
Can I use the same maid regularly?
Yes, of course. If you are happy with the person we send you, we will do our best to make sure they work with you regularly (vacations aside).
What if I’m not happy with an aspect of your service?
We work on the basis that happy customers are returning customers. If you have any kind of problem, query or question, you should call one of our service representatives immediately. We aim to resolve all difficulties with the minimum of time and disruption to your daily life. And if you’re not happy with the job we’ve done, we will return to you and carry out the work again.
Do I have to sign a contract or can I pay for a one-time clean?
You do not have to sign a contract. We offer both regular service packages (on a daily, weekly and monthly basis) but also one-off visits for spring-cleanings and special events such as parties.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the entire New York and Tri-State area and can usually be at your home or offices the same day that you call.
Do you always use environmentally-friendly products?
We only use Green Depot products. These are not just bio-degradable but kinder to your pets and children. Such bio products are effective at removing dirt and grime, and also contribute to a healthier planet.
What does your price include?
It includes all of our cleaning materials, all of the equipment we bring to your home or office and follow-up services in the event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the job we have done.
